Hand-formed, house-made salmon burgers are a fan favorite at Red's Best Fish Market. They are a blend of Atlantic Salmon combined with capers, dijon, horseradish, red onion, bread crumbs, and mayo.
2 count: fully cooked, vacuum sealed, frozen. Frozen shelf life: 9 months; refrigerated shelf life: 4 days.
Cooking Instructions: In a fry pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil over medium-medium/high heat. Add salmon burgers and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until a golden-brown crust has developed. Internal temperature should reach 145 degrees.
