"Cheese, Glorious Cheese!!" I may be dating myself by quoting this jingle, but I don't know a better way to express my feelings about cheese! Melty and delicious, we'll select cheeses that can accent a main course or work equally well as an appetizer or dessert course (with or without a substrate).
Selections will primarily be made from cow's milk, but will occasionally be made from goat or sheep's milk. Varieties, producers, and exact weights will vary weekly. Cheese of the Week will be different from any cheese that might be part of the Omnivore, Pescatarian, or Vegetarian Shares.
